Our hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are open when you need us to be. You may
also
contact us via voice mail during normal business hours, eastern standard time, snail mail
or email.
Ordering and Shipping
Shipping charged per order. All in stock items are shipped the same or next day.
All prices subject to revision and updates. Many variables effect our prices. Including manufacturers price changes, currency fluctuation and numerous freight expense variance. Most Price variances amount to a reasonable percentage.
We accept Discover, MasterCard, Visa, money orders and checks by mail, drawn on American banks.
COD's available at extra cost. Pennsylvania residents please add 6% sales tax. No returns on special orders. A 15% restocking charge on stock items that are returned. Store credits issued only -- NO REFUNDS. |

As of April 6,2002 the policy to our international customer is to require a non-refundable payment in full at the time of your order. This policy is not applicable to our North American customers.
Service and Support
We offer complete service on all the trains we sell. All locomotives purchased from Kuhn
EUROBAHN Trains receives a free extra 1 year extended warranty.
Shipping and insurance for warranty repairs.........................$ 7.50
Complete cleaning, oiling and servicing................................$40.00/hour
Digital or Delta decoder installation.....................................$35.00/hour
Call Bahnhofsvorsteher for any other service requirements.
When you purchase 5 locomotives within a 12 month period you will receive an extra 5% discount on future locomotive purchases during the same 12 month period.
